ORDERING POLICY

1 Stop Wheels reserves the right to deny a sale. Items are not available for sale in the states of Texas or Louisiana. Any sale using a credit card as form of payment must first fill out and send in (either via fax, email, or postal mail) the authorization form before that order may be processed. All Paypal and credit card orders must have a confirmed address, and we may only ship to that confirmed address.

SHIPPING POLICY

All free shipments are sent via UPS ground service. Shipping times will range anywhere from 2 - 7 days depending upon your location. Free shipping is only available for customers in the continental US. Customers outside of the continental US, or international customers, please contact us for an exact shipping quote prior to ordering.

RETURN POLICY

No returns on custom orders without authorization. Shortages and damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of reciept. All refunds are exclusive of shipping charges. All returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No returns allowed after 30 days from ship date. Please contact us for further details.

Canceled credit card orders are subject to a 2% fee only if the charge has already been made. This is due to credit card company fees. Please remember that you are purchasing aftermarket wheels. It is the buyers responsiblity to check fitment before use. Improper fitment can result in damage to both wheels and vehicle, which we will not be responsible for.
